Our 2019 speakers currently include:

Keynote speaker:  Dr. Leslie Chan, University of Toronto Scarborough and Bioline International


Dr. Chan was one of the 16 signatories to the 2002 Budapest Open Access Initiative and will
be presenting a 20-year retrospective of the BOAI and the OA movement in the 20th century
